When do I pay?▾

It depends on the item. Most pre-orders require full payment at the time of order. Selected items offer a deposit option — reserve now with a deposit and pay the balance once your stock is on its way to Hong Kong.

When will my pre-order arrive?▾

Each product shows an estimated arrival date range. We'll notify you as soon as items ship. If we're unable to fulfill your pre-order, you'll receive a full refund.
