Frequently Asked Questions
What is a pre-order?▾
Pre-order items are products that have not yet been released or arrived at our warehouse. Pre-ordering lets you secure a unit ahead of general availability.
When do I pay?▾
It depends on the item. Most pre-orders require full payment at the time of order. Selected items offer a deposit option — reserve with a deposit and pay the balance once your stock is on its way to Hong Kong. We notify you by email or WhatsApp when the balance falls due, and it must be paid within 7 days of that notice; if it is not, the order is treated as cancelled, the deposit is not refunded and the item returns to general sale. Need more time? Contact us before the deadline.
When will my pre-order arrive?▾
Each product shows an estimated arrival date range. We'll notify you as soon as items ship. If we're unable to fulfill your pre-order, you'll receive a full refund.
