Yes, for shop products. Sealed boxes, packs, accessories and raw singles ship worldwide from Hong Kong by Hongkong Post or UPS, whichever prices cheaper — including Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Japan, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and Canada. Graded cards ship directly to Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Mainland China; every other destination is consolidated at our Hong Kong hub and sent as one insured international parcel, with postage quoted at checkout. Duties and taxes are not included.

Handling is 0–1 business days; transit is typically 1–7 business days depending on destination and courier.

We support direct delivery, SF Express station pickup, and SF Express smart locker. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the option you choose.

Three third-party grading companies that authenticate Pokemon cards and assign a numeric grade (typically 1–10). Each card is sealed in a tamper-resistant slab with a certification number you can verify against the grading company's database.

Each slab carries a certification number. Look it up on PSA Cert Verification, BGS Lookup, or CGC Cert Verification. TT Poke runs this check for every graded card we list.

PSA 9 (Mint) allows minor flaws like slight off-centre or minor edge wear. PSA 10 (Gem Mint) requires near-perfect centring, sharp corners, clean edges, and pristine surface. PSA 10s carry a substantial premium.

Four steps: (1) cert check against the grading company's records, (2) physical slab inspection in Hong Kong for tamper signs — for our own stock and for overseas orders consolidated at our hub, (3) for marketplace listings, a refundable deposit from the seller, (4) the seller is paid only after the buyer confirms delivery, with the seller deposit as recovery.

Boxes that ship from the manufacturer with shrink retain factory shrink. Some Japanese sets ship without shrink and are listed accordingly. Each carton is inspected for tampering before listing.

Every P2P seller posts a refundable deposit before listing. If a card is misrepresented, the deposit is forfeit and used to compensate the buyer. Sellers are paid only after the buyer confirms receipt, and every account is phone-verified.

No. Nothing is held while a card sits in your cart, and several buyers can have the same card in their carts at once. Placing an order does not hold it either: the card goes to whoever PAYS first. If someone else's payment arrives before yours, the card is no longer available to you — paying by PayPal or card you are told before you are charged; for a bank transfer or FPS, we refund you in full.

Disputes are reviewed by the TT Poke team. If a buyer's claim is upheld, the seller deposit is used to issue a refund.
