Buying Pokemon Booster Boxes from Hong Kong: Shipping, Pre-orders and Payment

Most of our retail orders are sealed booster boxes: Japanese, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese and English Pokemon TCG, plus Japanese ONE PIECE Card Game boxes. This guide covers what happens after you add one to your cart.

Which language should you buy?

Japanese: 30 packs of 5 cards per booster box. The lowest entry price and the most popular choice for opening and grading.
Traditional Chinese: also 30 packs of 5. Printed for Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau, in smaller runs than Japanese.
English: 36 packs of 10. The largest secondary market.

Every box page states its language, its pack count and whether it is factory shrink-wrapped, so you know exactly what arrives.

Shipping to your country

Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Mainland China ship by SF Express, freight collect: you pay SF the postage when the parcel is delivered, not at checkout. Delivery is typically 1–7 business days. (A bulk order to Mainland China is the exception: it is quoted at checkout instead.)
Everywhere else — Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Australia, the UK, Europe and more — gets a postage figure at checkout, before you pay. We price your parcel against both Hongkong Post and UPS and charge the cheaper one; you never have to compare carriers yourself.
Import duties and taxes are not included and are set by your country's customs.

Ordering to Taiwan: have your ID ready

Taiwan clears inbound e-commerce parcels under its real-name customs rule (實名制報關), so a Taiwan order asks for the recipient's National ID, passport or Resident Certificate number at checkout. Please type it carefully: a number customs cannot match leaves the parcel waiting in a customs warehouse. The number is only ever used for the customs declaration.

Pre-orders and deposits

New sets are listed for pre-order before release. Most pre-orders are paid in full when you order. Selected ones offer a deposit instead: the deposit reserves your box and locks your price, and once we confirm stock we notify you and the balance is due within 7 days. If we cannot fulfil a pre-order, everything you paid is refunded in full. The details are in our pre-order policy.

Paying

Checkout lists the payment methods available for your order, including card (processed by PayPal) and bank transfer / FPS with an uploaded receipt.

Graded cards too

Our graded card marketplace sells PSA, CGC and BGS slabs from verified collectors, with every cert checkable. Overseas orders are consolidated at our Hong Kong hub and sent as one insured parcel.
